Here is my favourite manga (also anime) villain.
MR Sniper are a Dobermann Pinscher and show up in the manga/anime ; Ginga Nagareboshi Gin Also He return in the manga ; Ginga Densetsu Weed. In the follow up serie with Weed, Sniper look more like Terminator (in the dogworld, I guess).
